Tanus of Freeport
Not much happens in the Eastern District that Tanus doesn;t know about. Tanus is a young boy, of about 12, one of Freeport's many Orphans. Tanus can be found in the Eastern District doing odd jobs and delivering messages.
He seems to know all the important people of the district and where they hang out. He also has a tendecy to know a lot about what is going on the district. He is careful with what kind of information he gives out though. He won;t talk about anything that touches Finn or his organization.
Not only is Tanus a good source of information but he also is great at getting people what they need. Whether it is illicit items, a meeting, or just guidence to a specific place, Tanus is the person that can get things done.
