Shujaa wa Uhuru

Shujaa wa Uhuru is a group of Mocar native resistance fighters that are fighting to free Mosaw from the power of the men and women of Haram Bay. They are a small force using gorilla tactics to mount a fight against the Port City. They are led by Wren a mysterious Mocar fighter who has made it his mission to free the Mocar of the island.
The group is careful to attack target where they have a clear advantage and are mostly interested in showing the other Mocar that the Pirates of the Bay can be resisted. Wren is a charismatic speaker and knows that the small group doesn't have the strength to attack the city outright, so he concentrates on recruiting and small victories.
The group is a direct treat to the prosperity of the Bay, as Haram Bay relies on indentured Mocar for a lot of the labor that is used un running the Port City. To this end Olivya Dain has put a bounty on and resistance warriors and a large reward for the capture of Wren, their leader. The Shujaa appear to have no permanent home and move around the island, keeping away form those looking to cash in on the bounty. They are extremely loyal to Wren and most would die rather than betray him.

Structure

The Shujaa all follow Wren as the laeder. While other sneior member may run missions, there are no official titles of structure to the organization beyond that.
