Loxim Tosslefall (a.k.a. The Mad Tinkerer)
Loxim is a corrupted Gnome Articifer who specializes in creating diabolical clockwork golems powered by Negative energy. He calles these creations his Reprehensible Ambulators.

Personal history
Loxim was a simple gnome from a small isolated gnomish village. He had a knack, like some of people for tinkering. Especially with clockwork constructs. It was a trade his parents encouraged, and soomhe became a small time clockwork engineer. He left his vilage and traveled arount around Eroth as a journeyman, doing small jobs here and there.
Loxim was not very ambitious, enjoying his wanderings and basically going where his feet wanted to take him. He heard about this expedition going into th black lands, to find the trading post known as Languish. It was said that it was one of the few places that trades with the Eastern lands of Chi-Cshura and Zhou Xi. Loxim decided to go along and see if he could sell his small creations and see what kinds of things are created in thoes lands.
Unfotunately the expedition got off course and ended up in the Fell, an forest that is both in the Prime material plane and the Fae world. The fell is inhabited by Fey of the Twilight Court, or the Shadow Fey as they are called. Evil and callous.
When they saw Loxim, the recognized his fey nature and took him while cursing the rest of the caravan to wander the black land with no memory of why they were there. While Loxim was in the Fell he was corrupted by the fey there, and eventually fell to thier evil ways.
Loxim returned to Aranthar several years later intendin to buld an army of clockeork golems which he could use take over Aranthar. He had not only pefected his craft while in the Fell, but also made a massive breaktrough, learning how to power his contruct with Negative Energy.
Eventually his plan was discovered by a group of adenturers. They invaded his workshop located in the Eastwall Mountains and durign the battle, one of his own automations bumped into him sending him off the edge to the ground far below. His, which were animated though his own own connection with the negetive plane, stopped funstioning.
Today may of them hae been dissasemle and sold to collectors.

Accomplishments & Achievements
Loxim's greatest creation is the Necrotic Core. This small orb can be used to power necrotic engines that are then used in animated larger machines. The Necrotic Core is used to capture undead spirits and use their energy to power the core. The more powerful the spirit, the more powerful the core and the greater the size of power of the engine that can be powered.
While Loxim sees this as his greatest creation, many see it as an abomination, as the energy used to power the cores is that of lost souls.
