Geography

The Light Forest lays in the west of Nomardia. It is a big forest with birch and oak trees.

Ecosystem

All of the trees drop some or all of their leaves during the dry season.

Ecosystem Cycles

The Light Forest goes through the four seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Leaves change color (or senesce) in autumn, fall off in the winter, and grow back in the spring; this adaptation allows its plants to survive cold winters.

Climate

The climate changes from season to season with it being more warm and dry at summer and more cold and wet in winter. Also the rain fall can change from season to season with it being more in spring or autumn then in summer or winter.

Fauna & Flora

In the Light Forest live many diffrent kinds of animals, races and plants. The flora is mostly diffrent kinds of trees, grasses, herbs and other plants that feel comfortable and can survive in this environment.
Many animal races like Wolves, Foxes, Squirrels, Raccoons, Hawks, Unicorns, Hippogriffs and many more. Also monster and beast like Clawmarkers, Owlbears and even a few dragon races live here.
Many sentient races decided to settle down here. One of them are the Elves in The Light Elven Kingdom, the biggest civilization in the whole forest. Also Centaurs, a few Dark Elves, Minotaurs, Ewoks, Humans, rarely Yautja and Shifter, Aasimars, a few Demihumans and many Werebeasts settled down here.
Flora: Trees, Shrubs, Vines, Mosses, Ferns, Woodland Wildflowers, and other green and growing things that can thrive in shade.
Fauna: Beetles, Hedgehog, Insects, Lizards, Mouse, Salamanders, Snails, Spiders, Badgers, Bees, Butterflies, Hare, Firefly, Fox, Lynx, Wasps, Blackbirds, Deer, Edible Dormouse, Hazel Dormouse, Robins, Thrushs, Bat, Eurasian Jay, Marten, Owl, Woodpecker
