Diplomatic action

From 2051-2057, the Federation attempts to coerce non-member states and entities into stopping their individual geo-engineering efforts, through sanctions and threats of war. The climate is destabilized and millions die in natural disasters and crop failures. However, one by one, the remaining non-member states join the Federation without war, mostly through the clever diplomatic manuevers of Ephraim_Kouman.
