The Justice Commission
Structure
The Justice Commision is a mostly unrecognized commission that seeks to inspire unity amid th evarious anti-Heliopian rebellions and judge on cases of crimes of captured Heliopian Generals and Rulers. They also handle inter-cell disputes within the insurgent movements. This new tribunal is an experiment in a untied front between the anti-Heliopia bloc.

A panel of representatives from Elvish Liberation Front, Sagittarian Freedom Army, Night Hunters, Ortileez, Khemaat Loyalists, Dobastis, the Peasant Commonwealth, Ishkadar and Aguilan Peasant Armies, who are the newest and least recognized delegate.
Foreign Relations
Is only recognized by member states and organizations as well as the Khagannate and Jarnepolia-Sokol. It is considered a terrorist organization by Heliopia.

The Justice Commission: A multiorganizational tribiunal with representatives from the Peasant Commonwealth, the E.L.F., the Khemaat Loyalists, Ortileez, Dobastis, Ishkadar, the Night Hunters and Sagittarius Freedom Army. It judges on war crimes and sentencing for captured Heliopian generals and rulers. It is not recognized by Heliopia, Aguila or the Tsardom but has some sway in Jarnepolia-Sokol and the Khagannate. They also are the public face of the anti-Heliopian movements.
