History
The Sagittarian Freedom Army was formed by Centaur nomads who were being enslaved by Heliopia. They approached the E.L.F. to learn techniques to oppose their oppressors. The two movements created an alliance which led to full sclae rebllions on the east and west side of the continental Dominion. The ycontinue to fight and have the advantage on the steppes over the Heliopian armies.

Mostly Centuars with large minotaur minority and small elvish minorities.

The Khan Meet: An irregular meeting of clan chiefs who determine the direction of campaigns as well as settle disputes.
Judicial Body
Judgements on conduct and disputes are mostly left to the clan except in cases of vendettas and feuds which are settled by the Khan Meet.
The Justice Commission: A multiorganizational tribiunal with representatives from the Peasant Commonwealth, the E.L.F., the Khemaat Loyalists, Ortileez, Dobastis, Ishkadar, the Night Hunters and Sagittarius Freedom Army. It judges on war crimes and sentencing for captured Heliopian generals and rulers. It is not recognized by Heliopia, Aguila or the Tsardom but has some sway in Jarnepolia-Sokol and the Khagannate. They also are the public face of the anti-Heliopian movements.
