Anzu

The Anzû are a winged, avian folk with powerful magic and a focus on family in the mountain holds of their territory. They are feared and maligned by the people in river valleys below as the Anzû value strength, and prove it by raids against each other and other peoples. The Anzû are a people connected inherently to storms and natural magic. They organize around extended family with a matriarch leading the group. They worship Iskur and others of his pantheon most often. Many young Anzû leave their families for a time to use their skills and prove themselves.
