Personal history
As the most important God in the traditional Nishari Pantheon, Varathra is not only the God of Lightning and Storms, but also the King of the Gods, due to his victory over Varithra, who was seen as the great evil. In doing so, Varathra was seen as the ultimate victor, and became the god of victory. He is married to Ushas, and they have multiple children, including Surya, Shiva, and Vayu.
Along with Agna and Chandra, Varathra makes up a part of the most important trinity in Nishari religion. Varathra rules the Skies and Earth, while Chandra rules Space and Agna rules the invisible world.
