Like the other villages of this area, in times of danger or attack the villagers will seek safety amongst the wall of Highwall. A sheriff and local town guards help police the village (4 men) with a local militia of 30 men can be called upon in times of need.
Industry & Trade
Farmers, tobacco growers, and sheep herdsmen help provide income to the village. Delvin is know for its Ale and Brandy and even the Lord Barron himself purchases from the village stock. Delvin also supplies several village Inns and taverns with their local stock.

Delvin has a Water Well, Blacksmith, Council Hall (local Inn), Brewery, Grainery, Looms, and several dirt roads connecting them to the major highways and other villages of the area.

Architecture
Delvin uses the same building materials found throughout all of Highwall. Wood, straw, and mud, with plaster and white wash. Their roofs are made from thatch with some homes featuring tile as a symbol of their wealth.
Geography
Just Southeast of the Shala' Mar Hills Delvin rests in a small grass plain, with very few trees. From the town the hills can be seen looming in the horizon.

Grain, Wool, and Tobacco come from this village as most in this area.
