The motivation behind building Nine Circles of Saturnia
I had a really cool dream, and I thought it would make a great setting for some fun world building.
For once, I'm not building a setting I intend on using for an RPG. This is purely because I like writing stuff.

From my dream:
"A Sci-Fi future, where gangs of Cyberpunk Bikers on hovering Jet Bikes fight each other with giant Techno-Swords on an artificial world orbiting Saturn, like in the beginning of an action movie."

A Sci-Fi Cyberpunk Dystopia thing, mostly focusing on Saturn and it's immediate vicinity.
Reader Tone
It's a Cyberpunk Dystopia. Even the "nice" places have dark undertones.
