Mercenary's Guild
The Mercenary's guild is a widespread organization made up of, somewhat honorable, hired guns and sell swords from all over the known world, all united by the golden signet they carry somewhere on their body. The signet represents their training and shows that u can count on them finishing the job, whatever it might be. For the oath does not specify the work a man of the guild can or will accept, nor does it specify the price, it does though make them promise to never leave a job unfinished and stay honorable to the guild till their end. They have only a few known rules "no work is free, no questions asked, no unarmed woman or children", they live by these rules and if one even thinks about asking them to defy any of their vows, one might end up as the next victim. The guild has a stronghold in Karag'Ha and a well hidden one within the slums of Ahl'Khun Astu, but can be found in all corners of the known world, if one knows where to look.
The Training
The men of the guild can be split into two, the "Wardens" and the "Huntsmen". The Wardens are trained to be a concentration of brute force and willpower, they work directly through the guild and are more often then not hired as bodyguards, or as entire companies to fight the lord's of he realms battles. A Huntsman specializes in tracking down and liquidating individuals with nothing but a name and a price, they are the ones typically found wandering around the realms. As far as me knowledge goes, their is only two requirement for becoming a guildsman, "A Cock" and some sort of former combat experience. When one has shown his worth for several years, he will receive a mark for his dedication to the guild, a large buckler for the Wardens, and a short sword for the Huntsman, both made partially from Lavus, a rare-metal prettier then silver yet tougher than steel.
