Artists' Guild
Structure
There is a head of the guild and a council, but they try to make decisions with as much input as possible from as many people as possible. Most of the Head's responsibilities are managing communication and representing the guild to outsiders.
Culture
The younger or less experienced artists are generally hopeful and more open than the cynical more experienced members. The latter tends to take a condescending air towards the former, which the former can become resentful about. This can cause a divide that can make it difficult to get things done.
Public Agenda
Protect artist's rights in a city where they are easily overlooked. The elites do not like this.
