Tier System for Chakras:

All chakra users are classified under a tier system. Those tiers give people an idea of their potential in a given chakra. The chakras are broken up into four different tiers. Tier one is the lowest and most magic users get through this with little training. The highest is a tier four chakra user. It is important to note a given tier only gages potential. A new user can be given a tier four rank in the tier list, but they will still need to learn how to use said chakra. This is meant to be a list to describe what it means to be on a given tier. The world-building articles for each chakra will expand on the specifics of each tier. The lists of abilities for said tier are not exhaustive.

Tier One:

This tier is where every user starts. With practices using a chakra almost every user gets out of this chakra. Most abilities in this chakra are either passive abilities or powers that a chakra is capable of without intent. Elemental users who only know how to create the basics of their element fall into this category. Body and Voice Chakra users tend to stay in this category longer than other users. For most of the chakras, this level is the least dangerous. Fire users may burn something by accident, but it is rare for an Elemental to hurt themselves. The chakras Spirit, Lunar, Solar, and Atomic can cause the most damage.

Tier Two:

Tier two is where many partial users fall under. These users tend to have access to more generally used abilities, like Air Chakra’s abilities to glide, but lack the raw power to create anything like creating hurricanes. The danger of not identifying a chakra user becomes apparent here. Fire Elementals can begin heating up their blood in tier two. If not controlled the user could heat themselves too fast and cook their insides. About every chakra has a few abilities that could kill themselves if the user is not careful.

Tier Three:

Being in tier three is a mixture of both power, experience, and potential. Many here are miss categorized because they believe they do not show potential for growth beyond, it also happens the other way. Teachers tend to push younger third tier users harder. They tend to do this to gauge their future potential and if they need to be moved up. This happens a lot resulting in the magic users being hurt or worse having a mental breakdown. Older partially powered chakra users can fall into this tier. They are highly respected within the community. While they will still lack a bit of the power of a fully powered chakra user, they know how to make up for it.

Tier Four:

A fully powered chakra user is placed into tier four. They are the specialist in their fields and capable of devastating magic. These magic users are capable of about anything with their chakra, but there is a small cost. These chakra users are the least flexible users. If they come across a matchup that includes their weakness, or just has someone more experienced it can make a fight impossible to win.

God Tier:

The fourth tier is the most powerful tier a human can get. The god tier is a power on its own level. Gods have almost unlimited amounts of spirit energy and all of it is inside one chakra. It is rumored that a god-level creature exploded and created a supernova capable of wiping out an entire galaxy. Humans can become this strong, but only using several items to boost their power. Fire Chakra users can absorb spirit energy from other Fire Chakras. A few have tried to become as powerful as a god-tier user. All have gone mad in the process.   While a tier system exists, I do want to iterate the amount of spirit energy inside a given race that remains the same for every person. Tier two may not have the same amount of power as tier four, but tier two will have access to more chakras and abilities. The more chakras you have active the more abilities you have. Users combine powers all the time. An example of this is Lava Manipulation, only with a partially powered Fire and Geo Chakra can a person use Lava Manipulation.
