Personal history

Part of the third generation born in the north. Morozko grew larger and stronger than those around him. He developed a layer of fur thicker than those that came before. Others born around the same year also grew fur, but none as thick.   After Morozko reached adulthood he channeled his father for the right of Dragonlord. Born with a set of wings he attempted to fly, but his father could fly higher and faster. So Morozko took the fight outside where his father couldn't fly without freezing his wings. The battle lasted a few days, both dragons managed to deliver several hits against each other, but neither managed to deal a fatal blow. As the battle raged, the cold eventually won out. Morozko's fur kept him safe from the winds, but his father slowed. Morozko delivered a mortal blow against him. He was allowed to die within the care of the mountain.   Several generations of Ice Dragons grew up in and around the mountains. Morozko developed a close friendship with another Dragonlord named Kilgharrah. The two traded spells and taught one another how to survive in each other's lands if either needed to.   On a day when the snow cut visibility to nothing, a giant was spotted heading down their mountain towards the Ice Dragons. The Second War in the North began. Morozko led his warriors down the mountain to battle against the forces of the Frost Giants. The two forces clashed. The generations of evolution, along with a little help from dragon magic, gave the Ice Dragons a chance. Morozko still sent word of the attack to other tribes knowing the power of the giants. Only Kilgharrah answered.   The war ended when Morozko spoke with Ymir. The terms the dragon accepted forced any new Dragonlord to ask permission from the giants to remain within the mountain. This angered the Ice Dragons, but Ymir's presence on the battlefield was one to fear and one that no dragon could overcome.    Within the decade a younger Ice Dragon challenged Morozko. Wounds from the Second Northern War limited Morozko's movements. The young Ice Dragon managed to get a mortal wound, ending the dragon's life.

Failures & Embarrassments

Accepting Ymir's terms was the main factor in the challenge that got him killed.

Mental Trauma

As a young dragon, Morozko was an outcast because of his fur. His wings made him less welcome in future generations. Even as Dragonlord he remembers how it felt.

Intellectual Characteristics

Morozko was considered one of the smartest Dragonlords in his generation. He served for several generations and did ward off several larger and more powerful dragons from taking his position.

Taboos

Outside of a challenge, he would never take the life of another dragon.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Morozko lived a good portion of his life apart from other dragons. This created a deep wanting to belong. When he challenged to becoming Dragonlord this wanting drove him to add a few different rituals that brought the entire northern community more together.

Kilgharrah Ymir

Religious Views

The Ice Dragons follow a great old one named Ithaqua. The god is etched in some of the halls as a giant looking figure with glowing red eyes, webbed feet. During religious rituals, they are said to use a stone created by the said old one. This stone led to the rapid evolution of the Ice Dragons.

Social Aptitude

Most Ice Dragons are not liked by other tribes. Morozko is no exception. While it is known that he is one of the better-spoken dragons in the world, he is blunt and has little patience. His lack of social skills has led him to be less liked among the other Dragonlords.
