How they look.
Their hair is kept clean by shedding the outer layer, leaving large dandruffs around the place. Most have splotches of scaley skin and slit pupils.
How they live.
They used to have their own kingdom. It was prior to the wizard wars which is like an apocalyptic event. Their king is still alive and called Aapep. Aapep was one of the Wizard King’s closest allies. Aapep and everyone around him were cursed to turn into snake abominations by something. There’s defense statues in the old kingdom that turns any intruders into frogs. People that emigrated from the kingdom had their curse stopped at that moment in time but it is inherited by their offsprings.

There’s a story about a Prince that protected his people from Aapep by turning himself into a frog. The frog prince got eaten but started biting Aapep from the inside
