The Chesterboro Arms

The Chesterboro Arms may very well be the worst inn in the world, but it's at least a safe place to rest. Located on the western shore of the Black Loch, it is the sole zone of safety in an area rife with hungry monsters and pirate raiders. It is run by an ogre named Lim with the help of his mother and brother, who keep their patrons safe while offering them what is at least an attempt at hospitality. At least the beer's good.
There are a lot of things wrong with the Chesterboro Arms that humanoid travelers will pick up on immediately. The beds are odd sizes, the food isn't great (usually Lim's soup...which is made from water and 1 other ingredient; water and potatoes, water and carrots, etc.), and the place is absolutely filthy (because Lim does not clean). The outhouse is ogre-sized and features a two-foot diameter hole; caution is advised. Still it is considered better than having to remain awake for days at a time to safely travel through this area, as was the case before the inn was built.
