Lim

Lim is large even by ogre standards, standing two feet taller and weighing twice as much as the average ogre. When he was young, Lim made his living as a guard and guide in the Underdark. One day, his work brought him to an inn at a duergar village and he loved it. The people, the singing, the drinking...Lim had the time of his life (even if none of the chairs were big enough for him). He spoke often of this experience to his future customers, one of whom as a deep gnome who suggested Lim open his own inn. He also suggested building it on the western shore of the Black Loch, a notoriously dangerous area where people would happily pay to rest under the protection of a strong ogre like Lim.
A few weeks later, Lim completed his guard job for the deep gnome and bid him goodbye before setting off with a new mission. He made his way to the Black Loch and it took him two long months of stacking rocks to get something resembling four walls, a roof, and a door. Despite the lack of amenities, he soon had his first customer. The deep gnome had been right! This place was perfect for an inn! In the years that followed, Lim furnished and expanded the place with help from the money he'd made from travelers. Only one room as ever collapsed, which most who frequent the inn consider a great success considering Lim's complete lack of skill with masonry.
