Nogah, Chosen One of Saltora

Nogah is the son of Archpriest Strelmotarplgbliid and the former head of Glogdolp's now-defunct separatist religious movement. He claimed to have met a new god, one greater than the village's traditional god Gibbidubbus, out in the Black Loch. Nogah managed to convince a good number of villagers, including many of the village's warriors, that this new god will make them powerful in exchange for humanoid blood sacrifices. Despite his father's attempts to subdue him and his movement, the conflict between the two religious orders turned to open violence.
The situation escalated when Nogah's followers attacked a duergar caravan and killed all but one of the dwarves. The remaining dwarf and most valuable goods were taken so that they could be offered up to Saltora. Nogah's plans were interrupted when the adventurers of the Thaig Expedition, working in conjunction with Archpriest Strelmotarplgbliid, attacked to try and free the prisoner. The battle quickly erupted into full-scale conflict between Nogah's separatists and Archpriest Strelmotarplgbliid's loyalists. The adventurers helping the Archpriest battled Nogah and knocked him unconscious before defeating Saltora (who was revealed to be an OoPA rather than a deity) soon after. Nogah and his followers were thrown into Glogdolp's prison, where Archpriest Strelmotarplgbliid hoped he could understand his son's actions and reform him.
