Deepking Oghren Orzammar III is the undisputed current ruler of the duergar city of Brazenthrone, which he reigns with an iron fist. As ruthless as he is cunning, Deepking Oghren likes to keep his enemies guessing by regularly meeting with anyone and everyone of influence within the city, leaving whom he does and does not hold in high favor the matter of guesswork. He will often dole out favors at seemingly random intervals to further confuse this issue and has publicly stated there is no trick he is unwilling to pull to keep his throne's power secured. While that strategy keeps the highborn nobles in check, the undying loyalty of his troops that patrol the streets ensure the commoners stay in their place.
