Frangipani - New Orleans Strain

The New Orleans Strain of Frangipani is a special cultivation of the plant that can be dried and smoked like tobacco. It has a calming and relaxing effect on those that use it recreationally. It is used like Marijuana to achieve a euphoric effect.
