Thalmara Neverember

The current Open Lord of New Neverwinter. Thought of as a fair leader, but recently under more criticism for failing to address the inequalities in the city.
She owns many of the public works and infrastructure projects within the city, such as the sewer network, and a large stake in the canal. By funding many of these projects out of her own pocket, she became rather popular, allowing her to win the vote for Open lord in 1689.
