Moon Elves
Moon Elves are a mysterious race that inhabits the island of Moonisle, a floating island which some claim to be a mirage off the coast off the Svaelyn Isles. Sometimes called Lunar Elves, they have a pale lavender-grey complexion and are typically short, the shortest on average of any Elven race. They're rather hard to come by, as such, many people across Sol don't believe they truly exist. They are said by some to be administrators of the gods, celestial beings that are thought of as Elves by mortal races. They're known to be experts in the arcane, possessing knowledge of the deep mysteries and secrets of this world and others. They follow the ancient Elven pantheon of which the Celestial Order is based off of, they refer to it as the Cult of Mysteries.
