VirtuaLife2

Better than reality. VirtuaLife2
— VirtuaLife2 advertisement
VirtuaLife2 is an online virtual world and is the sequel to VirtuaLife, developed and owned by Joytechs Entertainment. VirtuaLife2 takes the concept of MMORPG's to the next level, integrating thier virtual world via AR into reality, enableing users to perform ingame actions (such as catching creatures, exploring the world, duelling other users and gathering materials) in thier everyday life.

Geography

To enter VirtuaLife2 must connect to the world via a device, supported are: Terminal mode, AR mode and VR mode. Depending on the device used VirtuaLife2 will restrict a user's abilities in game and access to certain regions.   Most of VirtuaLife2 is overlaid via any AR-capable device onto reality, dessing the surroundings of a user even in the most grey and dull industrial sectors in vibrant life. While in total submersion of VR mode, the VirtuaLife2's 'real world overlay' can be explored, it can't be accessed in Terminal mode.   However thier are also virtual instances that do not exist in real-space, most of them being some form of virtual user property. These virtual instances can only be accessed in Terminal or VR mode, due to the lack of reality to overlay onto.

Fauna & Flora

VirtuaLife2 is a lush high fantasy realm of opportunity. Fantastical discoveries of alien creatures, grand structures, verdant plant-life and much much more are to be made arround every corner to keep users attion shackled to the virtual world for as long as possible.

History

Users of the already popular VirtuaLife had the option to transfer thier account to VirtuaLife2 and millions of users did so. After VirtuaLife2's launch on February 2nd, 2102, VirtuaLife2 saw rapid growth for the next two decades, averageing 35 million active users.
