The Cobalt Post serves as a training facility as well as housing for most of the members of the Neman Corps. Those who wish to finance an expedition can come here to discuss terms.

History

Originally a prison. Around XXXX GC someone figured out a prison wouldn't be particularly sustainable in Lonnhaven. The person founded the Neman Corps as an alternative form of service. The Neman Corps took over and renamed it the Cobalt Post.
