Overall Goals

Not exactly these words or the same reasons. But Jasmine would want the Or'lient Family and Valkyries of Hanakotoba to be seen the same.

Figure out some usage of the ECM Crystals.

Get some weird toys because weird is fun sometimes.

Military Goals

• There is the general shopping list for ammo.
• For Mech Parts, the main thing we are looking for is DCMS C3 or changing our current ones over. Once that is dealt with, we will likely have enough cash to actually look at something bigger.
• Want to work to formalize our mech repair and customization
• I'd put this in business, but it would be military focused so not a civilian thing.
• Want to move over to using more Special Ops style infantry.
• We have battle armor for toe to toe along with tanks and mechs. Let infantry do what they do.
• Xenoplanetary Infantry
• SpecOps Paratrooper Platoon
• Commando Platoon
• Halo Paratrooper Platoon

Civilian Goals

Investigating business opportunities, here's a nice list of possibilities

• Catering & Event Planning
• This is why Kem keeps trading songs/performances for stories about nice locations for celebrations.
• Would be corporate events and other events of course.
• Rose is a chef so can handle the catering menu.
• Specialty Ammo production
• I like them. Smoke, Inferno, Mag-Pulse, I-Mag. If it does something silly, I probably want 10.
• Most normal ammo is made on planet, so aiming at things that aren't gives me a bit of a foothold.
• Plasma / Energy Weapons
• Start small build up from there. Plasma makes me happy. Notice how a lot of things in the list do that lol.
• Disaster Response & Relief
• Indigo's been asking. He was on track to train and join a S&R team before moving out this way.
• Gives a reason to travel all over the place to weird less traveled areas.
• Electronic Warfare Gear
• Just like specialty ammo, this stuff makes me happy.
• I don't even know where to start with this.
• No seriously, that's why it's at the bottom of the list.

Basic Training Goals

• AIT is good stuff
• Heavy Weapons Training for Amber & Iris & the infantry in that unit.
• S&R -> Pararescue for Indigo
• Sniper training for Orchid

Other training will be nice, but these are the ones I'm thinking of so far.

Individual Goals

Jasmine Or'lient

She wants to expand and improve their unit overall. The org goals cover this pretty much.

Kem Icetoff

While they are legally married, they haven't had a chance to actually get married. She's looking for a good place to have the ceremony and reception.

She's also just looking to find out about interesting areas to travel to.

Wedding Research

• Has asked numerous people while up at MAWS
• Jasmine found - The Orangery

Daisy Or'lient

She's looking to be able to either take a relaxed position in the group, or maybe retire. Retirement wouldn't be any time soon, as Chrysanthemum needs more time before she's ready to take over. And with Chrys helping, she's been happy but would be happier if they swapped position.

Indigo Or'lient

He likes wandering around and meeting new people he's likely to work with. Would consider dating but isn't currently looking. Sometimes gets given a job by Jasmine to go chat with someone. He doesn't hold a high rank, but is her brother, so it lets others consider that it's a real request, but don't feel the need to agree just because someone important is asking.

He's also very interested in getting back to Search and Rescue. He doesn't mind the military, S&R is what he's always wanted to do.

Chrysanthemum Or'lient

She's currently working with Daisy, and learning more languages that are used on Nejiro. Plans are for her to replace Daisy when she's ready, so she is also cramming as much Nejiro info into her brain as she can. Dahlia helps with this.

Dahlia Or'lient

Junior MechTech and taking classes in Hilo. Overall plan is to enable her to become a Mech Technician focusing on electronics. She is also the person actually "Behind" the World Anvil data. IC she is the one that is uploading the data and organizing it.

Rose Or'lient

Would like to be a Chef again. While cooking for family is nice, she's bored.

Clem Or'lient

Is busy dealing with his role as CFO/CLO. Would like to have someone to handle logistics. Is also open to a relationship.

Starr Icetoff

Wants to expand the medical group now that they are settled. Very willing to work with a hospital in Hilo.

Ulam

Wants to be able to customize mechs. Finds the boring stock ones as unbecoming for mechwarriors to use. Keeps to himself and leans on Dahlia as much as people will allow him to.

Karenth Icetoff

Kem's best friend and confidant. Actually wants to upgrade her Battle Armor to something more formidable.

Tryna Icetoff

She's been working closely with Orchid and teaching her what she can.

Ambrosia Or'lient

Wants to expand and upgrade the mechs in the unit so they have more of a buffer, and can select appropriate forces without it being automatic as it is now.

Ragnar Icetoff

Wants Battle Armor to match the Omni he is attached to. Also wants to get various arms so they can be armed with what makes sense for the mission instead of always the same thing.

Orchid Or'lient

Wants to be running her own unit. Wants it to be a stealth & infiltration unit. Others are interested, but it will be a while before it's possible.

Clover Or'lient

Is who wants to be Orchid's second in the S&I unit. Is older than Orchid, but knows she'd be great for it already. Also knows she'll have to fight Iris for it.

Amber Or'lient

Wants the event planning business so she can leverage it and help with it. Loves the work she's been doing so far.

Iris Or'lient

Moved back to Xeno so will need time to acclimate again. Will eventually want to do the unit with Orchid about S&I.

Akira Or'lient

Recently moved up to Platoon Commander out of under his father. Would love to build out the air force of the Valkyries.

Alphonse Barbeau

Is interested in improving communications systems.

Arima Kazutomo

Nothing of note at this time.

Marceau Barbeau

Is keenly interested in Akira's ideas around expanding the air force. Brant's suggestion of a Thumper Karnov came from Marceau actually. He'd love to fly that pile of noise.
