Founding of the Gunzadhur Council

After the failure of the Confederacy to maintain control of Semseach and no doubt fuelled by centuries of prejudice, the Dumadhur of the Hills, alongside the Valley Guilds, formed an Imperial-aligned council in the major city of Gunzadhur, officially declaring themselves the Dwarven government in Maletsok.
