Laurenta (lau-RENT-a)

Laurenta is a proud city. Capital of the Laurenta Condado, it is the wealthiest city in Uremseach second only to Almeiras. The vast farmlands within its domain and access to the Three Lakes springing at its borders affords the Halflings here a modicum of pride and haughty-mindedness. One might be forgiven for imagining the streets lined with gold. Indeed, the new Casa de Reniao, built only recently, is an architectural wonder in the Pelozerian lands, crafted from fine limestone and decorated with copper and jadestone. It is a statement of Empire in this humble Halfling city.
