Originally from Karlograd, Romulov Tchaikov is reportedly a civil war veteran. Since the unstable truce between the two sides, Robbie became a bandit in northern Albion for decades, attacking Karbonite ore shipments as well as other materials being mined down from the mountains. After being betrayed by his second, he ended up being arrested and sent to the capital for execution. Due to some intervention from the Smythe Family, the duchal crown stayed his execution. To pay back the favour, the ex-bandit leader now has been reduced to a slum baron, instructing local thugs on how to disrupt both the Karbonites and Yun Family.
