Michael Garbini (maɪkəl ɡarˈbi.ni)
Noone knows where Michael Garbini is from or when he entered Hachenberg. He has a vague Galladician accent though people swear he's Albionic or Menchgevian. Fundamentally, the man is an enigma. He's incredibly learned and cultured byt lives in the toppling shacks of The Old Reserve.
Despite having the smallest gang, and possibly the least violent, he is the richest of the Slum Barons. His dozen or so underlings are spread throughout the city disguised as clerks, servants and couriers. Their aim is to study, steal and counterfeit arts, jewellery and wine. Each member of his gang is highly skilled in one aspect of this work, but ultimately useless when working alone. Because of this, he's created a reliance upon himself as an organiser and assuring he's a permenant fixture amongst the Smythe Family.
