Leanna (liɑnə)
Leanna is one of the many urchins who grew up in Westside, working in the western Mews as part of Antonio's gang. The gang manages landbound merchants, collects tithe and rumours, and gives gifts.
When Leanna told the Smythe handler, Mr Jid, that Antonio was secreting tithes away from the organisation, Leanna was given the opportunity to kill him and take over the gang.
Leanna is shrewd and calm, making herself appear a lot less then she is in order to be underestimated. Part of this facade is pretending to work for older men when speaking to the merchants, most of which don't exist.
