Cloaks of Shade and Shadow
Deny your race, deny your identity and you can don the cloak of shadows. Lead by a Council of 6, this organization has caused the down fall of world...twice, each time they were sealed away only to be reawakened by the races falling to their ailments: Elves crave Magic, Dwarves crave perfection, Dragonspawn crave eternal life, Elementals crave acknowledgment, Affints crave power, and Humans crave it all.
After the destruction of their Capital hidden within the Kasi (ka-see) Kilo (key-lo) region, they were sealed away for a third time and hidden, where they were hidden was up to each race and the others were never told in fear that if one rose up they would learn the location of the other council members. As everyone thought the regime of terror was not a threat, all the races got together and began to build a city in honor of this great occasion: Capta. This city's foundation was laid and thus construction of it began, Each layer of the city holding mass graves for the members of the Kasilino, who were executed as they were found and sent to Capta. In total there is roughly 2 million bodies hidden within the building of Capta just as quickly as they were rounded so too was the memories of the bloody wars in an age long past. There are still some who know the true meaning behind Capta but they are not easily found for they have hidden within the shadows of the Empire.
After the Empire's fall and the slaughter of the Human race, one Cloak was released. Who has begun the final plan they created, total destruction. Hiding within the research and lost human knowledge he begins slowly resurrecting his members to form the Council of 6 yet again. For a war is never over until the last member is truly killed.
