Nyaan

Nyaan, the Raposa deity, is a woman blessed by Sycta.

Summary

According to Raposa tradition, Nyaan is said to have had a hand in creating the world alongside Sycta and Invicta despite having no mention in the original creation account. The story comes from the Book of Nyaan, a mixture of historical and mythical accounts of Nyaan. One of her notable traits is her bipolar personality as she switches from the pinnacle of laziness to the height of mischievousness. She is also said to have bestowed the milk that all Raposa drink with euphoric blessing.

Pieces of Nyaan

The Church of Nyaan have popularized the doctrine of the Pieces of Nyan. According to this doctrine, pieces of Nyaan's realm are said to spontaneously fall to the mortal plane in the form of shooting stars. These flat, rectangular artifacts resemble frosted pastries and are able to restore all wounds, curses, and irregularities in a Raposa who consumes any size portion. However, it will have a negative effect a person consumes it who does not have Raposa heritage. Only two pieces of Nyaan have ever been recorded, kept by the Church of Nyaan in Tajatka and Acadia.
Note: Pieces of Nyaan that have fallen to Nativis are rectangular. The original pieces in Nyaan's realm are circular.

The Realm of Nyaan

Nyaan now currently resides within her own realm, similar to Sycta's Garden and Invicta's Creation Hall. In the Realm of Nyaan, Nyaan usually lies down on a modern day therapy couch watching on a TV that shows current events of the world or people she find amusing. The area where she lies in, rest upon a circular platform made out of the Pieces of Nyaan. On the rim of the platform are walls that are made out of a crystal metal that is transparent and retracts light in a certain way to amplify its intensity. The walls are jagged in structure and are approximately 3 stories tall. The overall size of the platform is the size of the Roman Coliseum. The area that envelops and surround the Stage of Nyaan is made out of a purple and pink nebula that is infinite in size. If you look up you can see an ethereal purple star that provides light for the Stage of Nyaan, it also the source of where the Nebula is expanding from. In the vastness of the Nyaanic Nebula are creatures called Nebula Rays. Giant manta like creatures that range from the size of commercial planes to the empire state building. The largest Nebula Ray, the mother, has four wings in contrast to the normal two wings Nebual Rays have. The size of the mother is the of amount of square miles New York City owns.

In Art

Nyaan is depicted to have eyes "the color of the universe," which in artistic depictions are rainbows. She is typically depicted in oriental robes, often a kimono, surrounded by imagery of space representing her realm.
