Dean Hondu Pardun (a.k.a. the Chronomancer)
Master of Divination & Chronomancy Magics from the College of Sultai.
Due to side effects of chronomancy, his body fluxuates in age. Some days he appears in his 90s, other days as a 10-year-old, occasionally bouncing between ages during times of high stress. He is one of the few Sultai Agents to take a public position within the Foundation, keeping his mouth shut about the exact details of his secretive college's curriculum, but keeping the rest of the foundation up to date on where the College stands in important matters. Many feel he is too cheery to be a Sultai. No one has yet been able to replace him, however.
