Grand Admiral Arccan Tolramos (a.k.a. the Army of One)
Grand Admiral of the Psionist Army, younger brother of Brav the Wise.
Was part of the first generation of telepaths & psionics born after the Psychic Wars. Arccan and Brav came into their powers from a young age, and sought to use them for the betterment of the plane. In time, however, their differing ideologies would become more apparent, and in the end the brothers had a falling out. This resulted in the schism of telepaths & psionics.
