Followers and Kingdoms pay 10% of their income to the Church.
Each Kingdom has a 1 Cardinal chosen by the leader of that nation who reigns until death
The Cardinal then assigns a league of Bishops, one for each town of at least 500 population within the kingdom excluding the Capitol.
Cardinals are controlled by a Divine King and upon the death of the Divine King, they elect among themselves the next successor.
The Divine King may: Excommunicate, Call Crusades, Sanction Invasions, Create Holy Orders
Cardinals receive a portion of the money sent to the Church based on the Divine King's decision which they use to spread the faith, build up churches and holy locations and invest in their kingdom.
Bishops oversee their town and report to the Cardinal. They also aid the populace and organize church matters.
Male only for ranks of Bishop and above, females may become Nuns.  
No sexual relations outside of marriage

Be charitable to the less fortunate
Work hard in this life so you may rest easy in the afterlife.
Be forgiving and merciful
Will not drink on Wednesdays
One must go to church on Wednesdays whenever able.
The church above State.  
Those of other religions are to be accepted, by must pay 20% of their earnings instead of 10%
Heretics, however (Those spreading a bastardization of this faith) are to be trialed and executed.
