Mother Sybilla Verne is a 5th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). Mother Sybilla Verne has the following cleric spells prepared:
1st level (4 slots): Cure Wounds, Ceremony, Detect Poison and Disease, Bane
2nd level (3 slots): Protection from Poison, Lesser Restoration, Calm Emotions
3rd level (2 slots): Create Food and Water, Spirit Guardians
Invoke Dupicity. As an action, Mother Sybilla Verne can create a perfect illusion of herself that lasts for 1 minute, or until she loses her concentration (as if she were concentrating on a spell). The illusion appears in an unoccupied space that she can see within 30 feet of her. In addition, the illusion must remain within 120 feet of Mother Sybilla Verne or the effect ends. For the duration, Mother Sybilla Verne can cast spells as if she was standing in the illusions space, but she must use her own senses. Additionally, when both Mother Sybilla Verne and the illusion are within 5 feet of a creature that can see the illusion, Mother Sybilla Verne has advantage on attack rolls against that creature , given both how distracting the illusion is to the target.
Sacerdos Chains. When the chains are attached to a holy symbol, the symbol will deal 1 Radiant damage to any evil aligned creature that touches it each turn.
Actions
Dagger of Venom. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw taking 2d10 poison damage and be poisoned for 1 minute.
