Arded Meadows

(main protagonist)

Species/Race: Human
Job: Formerly a farm hand/child minder for his family. Currently a live-in assistant to Love Delion, specializing in domestic work and bookkeeping.
Physique: 5’ 6”; With an average slim build. He doesn’t go out of his way to exercise or work manual labor, but has been active his whole life chasing small children (siblings).
Complexion: Tanned from working and playing outside, lightly freckled
Eyes: Light brown
Face Shape: Round/Oval
Hair: Short, wavy, black
General Feel: Gentle, nurturing, young, and bright
Most Common Expression: Smile

Personality

Arded is a naive young man, just stepping into the world and out of his family home. He cares deeply for his younger siblings (there are 10), as well as anyone else in his life. Considerate, and kind he is driven by a desire to be helpful and prevent harm to those around him. Caution and moderation guide Arded in his daily life. He can be a little self deprecating and has high standards set for himself. Sometimes he laments his lack of physical strength, admiring it greatly in others.
Special Notes: Arded is rooted in a dungeons and dragons sorcerer class, and specializes in lightning magic.

Physique: 6’ 2”; Well built with functional muscle from his job, broad shouldered.
Complexion: Deep red tiefling, with black horns
Eyes: Bright Orange
Face Shape: Square
Hair: Long, half ponytail, dark red/black
General Feel: Mysterious, mischievous, hard working
Most Common Expression: Playful grin

Personality

Love is aptly named. He loves deeply and with fierce loyalty. Protective, proactive, and competent he will chase what and who he wants and do everything he can keep them safe. Love lives with a joie de vivre and indulges in food, drink, and merry making.He can be insecure and unsure of himself, hiding secrets out of a fear of rejection from the object of his affections.

Special Notes: Love is modeled after the dungeons and dragons class of fighter

Hello again creators! There are so many ways to add depth to your characters that aren't listed here! Like adding a smell that is associated with them, a zodiac sign, a bad habit, a favourite food, a food they hate, anything you can think of about real people in your life! If there's something that a friend or family member does that drives you bonkers think about what that would look like for a character, how would others view this behaviour, how do the rest of your family or friends view it in real life?
Making characters believable will help keep your audience engaged in your writing, after all they are the star of the show!
