Isirrelie is the third daughter born to Luthayla from her goblin bodyguards. While important in the family's scheming at large, Isirellie isn't important in a personal sense to her mother. She's sent away at a young age to grow at a port city until she's <i>of age</i>, then shipped to the Divaela coastal settlement, where she is mated to unmated goblin there, contributing to the population and maintaining the Divaela line.
