They stripped me of my blade, took my sight of the wall and banished me from fates care... straight into the dark of this land. A gift, to redeem myself by any and all means.

Ilios the Persecutor leaves a message to remind Hermione of Vallea that he continues his hunt.

Ilios is an assassin of indeterminate (likely Tiefling) heritage with black, chalk and claret streaked skin who is an expert dagger wielder and illusionist who uses varied disguises and trickery to hunt his targets. When The Incognitos first met Ilios in Sanctuary he adopted the guise of Hermione's bodyguard; Wraith to lead her into an attempt on her life, the party defeated him and Ilios revealed their trump card: the ability to move between multiple bodies to extend their own life, one of which they used to escape. Ilios reappeared in Varne Gate where they caused the dock crash and collision and seemed to be working with The Stop, sending a message to Hermione in which he revealed that his reckless behaviour and endangering of others in his hunt for her had led to him being beaten and stripped of his right to The Woven Providence but this has seemingly only made him more reckless and zealous in his hunt for his quarry...
