House of Dahae

The House of Dahae is a temple located in Komah, a large city in the island country of Anwe. It is a sacred temple to the Menulis people, and all those who follow the Dahaelism religion. The House of Dahae is built on the site where Dahae settled when she first came to Anwe. The temple was built to honor her and is now home to a convent of Dahaelist nuns who practice healing magic. The House has become known worldwide as a house of healing.

Purpose / Function

The site was originally the location of Dahae's home when she first came to Anwe prior to the First Dawn. Years after her death, it was decided that her home would be expanded into a temple in her honor. After years of construction, the final House of Dahae was completed in 224 1D. It was agreed that the House would be used as a place of healing, and thus became the home of a convent of Dahaelist nuns trained in healing magic. The House is now visited by people from all over Naikwan looking for care.

Alterations

The temple was built around Dahae's original home, which still remains at the temple's center. The original house is where most of the treatment process occurs for visitors. The temple was expanded with a dorm for its clergy, a large hall of worship, and several other additions. A large courtyard and a garden were also added. The temple remains the largest building in Komah as of the Third Dawn.
