Departments of Christmas Spirit and Magic City

Nicholas created the GCP long ago after the Santa's Toy Factory Compound came to be too small for his mission and he bulit a city.
Santa's Mission: For we shall bring Love to Hate, Hope to Despair, and Peace to Pain to those who need it.
It is believed that his powers, somehow, gave the elves their abilities and knowledge for the sections of the workshop and later the departments in the city.
City Planning and Design/City Development - Father Winter AKA Jack Frost This department is to ensure that space in the Center of Christmas Spirit and Magic City/Second Heart of Christmas has been used in the best way possible or to use it in the best way. If the city is developed well, the whole parliament should know about areas not used or not used well, areas that need life breathed into it, and other such things. With all going well, Father Winter is free to help design individual areas. Most recently, the Father-King Plaza and the University of Magical Studies projects have only heightened the well-being of the city. No other growth has been anticipated.
Toy Manufacturing/Wrapping/Santa’s Toy Workshop - Bernard Gabriel “Gabe” Malachi This department is for the construction and wrapping of toys for Christmas Eve, There are also research and toy developments made here. These elves are called Toy Elves.
Department of Post Office and Records - Hugo Cristobal Esther This department collects Santa Letters/Letters to Santa and sorts them. These letters form the orders for the Toy Elves. This department also is involved with keeping the famous Naughty and Nice List as well as official records for Christmas Town among other things. Record Elves and Letter Elves are what these elves are called.
Department of Reindeer and Sleigh Operations - Victoria Hope Mistletoe and Samantha “Sam” Clara Snow These departments are the Transportation Department of the North Pole. They have Santa's safety and security when he is away. These elves are termed as Sleigh Elves and as Reindeer Elves. Sleigh Elves fix and maintain the sleighs used by Santa/Baxter/Magic Community for their operations. The reindeer are trained and hitched up to the sleigh(s) by the reindeer elves.
Department of Christmastide Traditions, Customs, and Beliefs - Gloria Grace Bells and Donny Noah Peace The Department of Christmastide Traditions, Customs, and Beliefs are customs, traditions, and beliefs about the multiplicity of all the different gift-givers including Nicholas Claus/Santa Claus. However, this department also believes in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, what we call The First Noel or The Story of the Nativity. This department includes the celebratory customs of pre-Christian and secular themes and origins.
Department of Santa Trackers & Christmas Eve Delivery - Donald Curtis Quigley This department’s job is to ensure Santa’s Mission of delivering every child in the world a toy is a success. They work towards the timely liftoff of S-1, Santa’s Christmas Sleigh. This includes filling the bag, making the reindeer ready, and checking to make sure he sleigh is safe for flying. They then track him around the globe with other elves and humans until he returns safely home.
Kris Kringle Library of the Mythical and Mystical Realm - Charlene Booth-Jones Kris Kringle Library of the Mythical and Mystical Realm is the Mystical Collective Conclave’s library located in The Christmas Realm alongside The Library. This library holds information about all mystic species and their myths and legends. One section is specifically donated to the Rulers, except Santa Claus whose section, “The Santa Claus Mythos”, lies next door. Another section tells of places which may exist in real life. Some of the information is possibly unknown to the human population.

The Belief of All Things Christmas Museum of History and Artifacts/The Belief in All Things Christmas Spirit and Magic Museum of History and Artifacts and The Hearts of Christmas-North Pole Historical Society - Carol Noel Newman-McGee
Whichever name it goes by, the museum is here for several reasons.
First and foremost, it is here to help Mankind see past the cruelty and destruction and also to open the eyes of adults who can’t see through Heaven’s eyes. In conjunction with the first reason, it is also here to educate people [the elves, the attendees of the University of Magical Studies, and others] on why Magic and Christmas Magic is important. On why we need to preserve it and protect it.
The third reason is below. All of the Rulers and Great Christmas Parliament Members built the museum to display the objects, these items of significance important to Christmas Culture (the Christmas and Royal Sleighs, the Santa Suits AKA Christmas Best AKA Christmas Eve Uniforms, reindeer equipage, items from the city or the workshop) to demonstrate how to communicate about the betterment of Humankind.

Personal, Private Archives of Santa/Santa's Personal Secret Archives - Nicholas and Baxter Located underground or in a magical dimension, these documents and books and scrolls are the foundation on Christmas Magic and all are important to CE including confidential information in magic sleighs, the bag, Christmas Magic, reindeer feed and flying thereof, succession of Santa and powers thereof, Santa’s powers, Chronolepsy or Time Stop - ability to stop time, Lingua Franca Effect - ability to speak all languages, Maya Principle - allows Klaus to enter into homes without a chimney, and any other information privy to Santa and Baxter. The location is placed into Santa’s office which allows the “key(s)” to unlock the portal so one can enter this place of sacred knowledge and look at its’ contents.
Faith or Religion - Pastor Joseph “Joe” Winter Francis of St. Nicholas Church To foster the Spirit of Christmas in Mankind. To praise the Creator for the good things on earth and pray for the things or events which have caused great pain and sorrow. To pray for the next generation to be more united and against those people who oppose others with differences, not always of their own accord.
Elfin Life - Grand Elf Eleanor Ivy Eve, Mayor of Christmas Town Grand Elf Eve’s job was to protect and care for all Elves but now it includes Reindeer (who also have the Original Nine to help), Yetis and Polar Bears. She is the mayor who wants to ensure Christmas will survive for all the tomorrows to come. She also wants to continue the peace and harmony in the Valley.

Department of Christmas Spirit and Magic

Offices of Mother and Father Christmas
Under the Department of Christmas Spirit and Magic are three sub-departments.
The first is Sub-Department of Noel Regulations and Holiday Happiness. This sub-department is directed by Official Director of Christmas Spirit and Regulations. Under them is the Division of Peace, Hope, and Love Protocol whose sole job is as Keeper of the Handbook of Christmas. The other division is called Division of Belief of Mystical Spirits.
THe second sub-department is called Sub-Department of Claus Family Legends and Lore who has Director of History and Legends which is the only office underneath it.
The last is called Sub-Department of Noel and Diplomat Protection. It is has two directors, the Director of Their Royal Highnesses Secret Service and the Director of Mystical Family Protection Service.
