Keltoi

The Keltoi are a tough and hardy breed, with notable physical characteristics that set them apart from their fellow humans. While their build is not that much different than their brethren (they run the gamut from short to tall, thick and thin) they do all have reddish-gold hair with light eyes. Their skin tone is pale and ruddy and they tend to wear precious metal ornaments on their upper arms, fingers and have a fondness for necklaces. In general, the Keltoi are a mistrusting sort, their expressions always one of a glowering sort. However, should they call you friend, they are loyal and true to a fault.
Patient and deliberate in most of what they do, the Keltoi demonstrate an orderly nature uncommon to most other humans, preferring to master a skill before applying it rather than learning as they go, achieving a mastery of whatever they applied themselves to. The only true exception to this was martial combat, which most were eager to finish as quickly as possible once engaged.
Most Keltoi who turn to adventure do so as wizards, fighters, or something in-between, though they generally lack the desire to be versatile. Many also became bards, though they are a rare sort, given more to solemn songs of the ancients rather than joyous ballads. Many Keltoi also seek to be clerics or paladins.
