A silver coin is both a symbol of membership in the Talons, and a mark of the Talons vengeance, left as a warning for their victims, and those who have insulted the organization.
To members of the Talons, the silver coin can have multiple meanings, it could be left as a symbol of safe haven for members, a message or signal while on a mission, and it could also serve as a warning to members who have angered the leaders of the organization. The meaning can usually be discerned based on the context of the coin's appearance.
