The Talons

The difference between the Talons and every other Thieves' Guild out there is that all we ask of our members is loyalty to our cause. We do not force our members to take on missions or do our bidding. We supply a place to connect with other criminal minds. We supply the manpower and supplies necessary for you to pull off your heists, and all we ask in return is that you give us a small percentage of the profits, never disclose our secrets to anyone outside the guild, and engage with the other members, lending them your professional services now and again. After all, who will look out for us if we don't look out for each other?

Structure

The Blade - The highest ranking member of the Talons, and a mysterious figure who's identity is known by only a few choice members. Shadow - High Ranking Talons in charge of a region. Watchers report to them, and they report to the Blade. Watcher - High Ranking Talons in charge of a town or city. Nothing goes on there without their knowledge. Heistmasters - Talons in charge of organizing and recruiting members to work on jobs. If you have a proposal, take it to the Heistmaster in your area. Talons - Members of the organization
