Valyria, the Primordial Essence of Chaos

In the beginning, there was vast and formless nothing, known as the Void. Amidst eternal emptiness, three primordial beings emerged: Erathos, the essence of Order; Valyria, the essence of Chaos; and Nethras, the essence of Balance. In a moment of harmony, the beings came together in an event known as the Convergence. In this moment of Convergence, the beings created the Primal Material world of Myrathis.
Erathos, yearning for structure and order, created the landscapes of the world and the laws of its physics. Erathos sculpted mountains, carved the rivers, and filled the skies with celestial bodies; forging the structures that would abide these physical laws. Erathos' influence on Myrathis resulted in its extreme reflection in the Shadowfell, where all things must fall to the natural order.
Valyria, yearning for unpredictable chaos, breathed life into Myrathis, creating all the living things, from plants to animals to intelligent races. While life was subject to Erathos’ laws, Valyria gave all living things free will, the one thing in creation that cannot be bent to order. Valyria's influence on Myrathis resulted in its extreme reflection in the Sylvan Expanse, where life flourished unfettered.
Nethras, observing the creations of the two siblings and finding them too extreme and at odds, wove the final element of creation: magic. A force that would enable creation to bend and break the rules of law and the chaos of free will.
The Sylvan Expanse, also known as the Feywild, is a vibrant, untamed reflection of Myrathis, rooted in the essence of nature, free will, and emotion. This realm embodies the chaotic essence of Valyria, with a vast, ever-changing tapestry of wilderness, from sprawling forests to crystalline lakes, and from towering mountains to enchanted meadows. Time and space are fluid here, with day and night blending together, and distances stretching or shortening in the blink of an eye.
It is believed that Valyria elevated the final of the three gods that make up the First Ascension. This was Somnaria, the Dreamweaver. As a mortal, Somnaria developed the echantment school of magic by tapping into the Crystal Nexus, as well ast the unparelled power of mortal dreams. With Valyria's touch, Somnaria ascended to become the god of dreams, and her realm of Celestara formed in the moment of her ascension. This Dreamweave was a realm where all mortals would come to dream, the cumulative power of their dreams unfettered by the laws of physics that would typical counter Valyria's chaos.
Following the events of the Great Sundering and the Shattered War, Vayria, along with their primordial siblings, would come together in another moment of harmony, in an event known as the Second Convergence, to creae the Godveil around the roots of Astrlys. It is believed that the primordials maintain the Godveil to this day with their very essence, protecting the material realms from the Elemental Chaos and the might of the gods beyond.
