Erathos, the Essence of Order

In the beginning, there was vast and formless nothing, known as the Void. Amidst eternal emptiness, three primordial beings emerged: Erathos , the essence of Order; Valyria, the essence of Chaos; and Nethras , the essence of Balance. In a moment of harmony, the beings came together in an event known as the Convergence. In this moment of Convergence, the beings created the Primal Material world of Myrathis.
Erathos, yearning for structure and order, created the landscapes of the world and the laws of its physics. Erathos sculpted mountains, carved the rivers, and filled the skies with celestial bodies; forging the structures that would abide these physical laws. Erathos' influence on Myrathis resulted in its extreme reflection in the Netherweave , where all things must fall to the natural order.
Valyria, yearning for unpredictable chaos, breathed life into Myrathis, creating all the living things, from plants to animals to intelligent races. While life was subject to Erathos’ laws, Valyria gave all living things free will, the one thing in creation that cannot be bent to order. Valyria's influence on Myrathis resulted in its extreme reflection in the Sylvan Expanse Expanse , where life flourished unfettered.
Nethras, observing the creations of the two siblings and finding them too extreme and at odds, wove the final element of creation: magic. A force that would enable creation to bend and break the rules of law and the chaos of free will.
The Netherweave, also known as the Shadowfell, is a realm that reflects the solemn, introspective side of Myrathis. This world embodies the ordered essence Erathos. The landscapes and inhabitants of the Netherweave are shaped by the passage of time, the inevitability of change, and the eternal cycle of life and death. The Netherweave is closely associated with the Eternal Arbiter, the god of death and fate. The realm's solemn atmosphere can be both calming and unsettling, as it forces mortals to confront the powerlessness of inevitability. Danger also exists within the Netherweave, particularly in beings that seek to harness the powers of life and death for their own purposes.
It is believed that Erathos elevated Elemos, the Elemental Sovereign, and the second mortal being to have ascended among the three gods of the First Ascension. As a mortal, Elemos developed the evocation school of magic, harness the power of the Crystal Nexus and the voltaile power of the elements. Touched by Erathos, he would become the god of elements, and Zenthara, the Realm of Elements, would come to be in the moment of his ascension. This was a realm where the destructive power o the Elemental Chaos was kept in delicate harmony, balanced by Elemos. Zenthara was destroyed when the Great Sundering shattered Eterna and the Timekeeper within. Elemos poured all of his power into maintaining the balance, but the March of the Usurpers was the tipping point. The realm exploded into the Elemental Chaos, consuming the Elemental Sovereign and tearing apart the Dreamweave.
Following the events of the Great Sundering and the Shattered War, Erathos, along with their primordial siblings, would come together in another moment of harmony, in an event known as the Second Convergence, to creae the Godveil around the roots of Astrlys. It is believed that the primordials maintain the Godveil to this day with their very essence, protecting the material realms from the Elemental Chaos and the might of the gods beyond.
