A criminal syndicate that controls nearly all criminal activity, and dozens of legitimate businesses, within Port Overnight. It is run by a youthful and charismatic human known as The Duke. Generally discouraging overtly heinous activities, such as murder and arson, they generally give a nod to anything from limited pickpocketing to burglary. They try to curb and control all unlawful actions within the port, and are quite effective at keeping crime much lower than law enforcement. Many believe they have their hands in most of the local government.
