Ocar's Bell
A gigantic obelisk of unknown origin at the center of Divina, built by a mysterious civilization that long predates the discovery of the West Irolian continent by modern civilization. It gives off a warm light when the city is under attack by a threat that could bring ruin. When it is activated, all within the walls of the city with an evil disposition or desire to harm the city suffer moderate pain until the monument deactivates.
