As the largest and most influential halfling city in the world, this large city is effectively a small nation. They live harmoniously with Eladriel, enjoying freedom from their influence so long as they obey the law of the Wildlands. This is a peaceful and joyful settlement, with plenty to see and do despite making do with humble architecture. Most of their homes are built from wood on the surface, or in to large hallowed-out trees and caves in the hills.
